How do you ensure the fish is fresh?
We source our seafood directly from local day-boats. By cutting out the middleman, we reduce the time from the ocean to your kitchen by up to 48 hours compared to supermarkets.
How is my order packaged for delivery?
All orders are packed in 100% recyclable, insulated boxes with food-safe cooling packs to ensure your fish remains at a safe, chilled temperature throughout transit.
Can I freeze the fish I receive?
Yes, most of our catch is landed and delivered fresh, never previously frozen. This means it is perfectly suitable for home freezing upon arrival.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Our couriers are instructed to leave your package in a designated safe place. Because of our specialized climate-controlled packaging, the contents will stay fresh for up to 24 hours after leaving our facility.
Do you support sustainable fishing practices?
Sustainability is at our core. We only work with small-scale fishers who use low-impact methods, ensuring we protect marine ecosystems and provide full traceability for every fillet.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of fresh seafood, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is any issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
