Flounder

Another beautiful flat fish from the same family as the dab. They are fantastic for soaking up loads of flavour, so don't be afraid to add some spice, citrus and garlic when cooking. Since they're best left whole, they'll come trimmed and headed ready for cooking. Stick them under the grill or into a pan for a few minutes each side for the perfect quick, healthy and regenerative seafood meal!
