With so many brilliant Pesky buyers unable to use a titanic kg fillet side of Haddock, we decided to leverage our Samurai filleters precision to create individual portions for you. Taken off a 3-4kg fish, each pack is bursting with two beautiful 140g portions. Skin left on that you can crisp up beautifully, with plump, flavoursome meat that absorbs flavour incredibly well. Critically, they cook in just 5 minutes in the pan, making them perfect for a quick mid week dinner.
