Squid

A relatively new species to our British waters, squid is now becoming a regular catch across the South Coast.

While they do look beautiful when whole, we've taken all the faff and mess away by cleaning them to order, leaving you with perfectly translucent meat to cook straight away. We recommend you freeze the meat to then be beautifully tender once thawed, making them even more delicious without any loss of flavour.
